This role sits at the top end of the PM career ladder and requires a highly structured, reliable project manager with deep Epic experience and a strong clinical healthcare IT background.

This position supports projects across clinical, enterprise, health plan, and research teams, with a strong emphasis on clinical systems, workflows, and integrations. Experience of the right candidate

• Active PMP certification - required

• Proven work across multiple clinical service lines such as surgical, lab, radiology, pharmacy, audiology, or telemed
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations, interfaces, lab instruments, or medical devices
• Strong background working within a PMO that follows standardized templates, governance, and escalation procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage physicians, nursing leaders, and executive stakeholders

• Drive workflow redesign efforts in partnership with clinical stakeholders
• Support non‑Epic tools alongside Epic environments, including voice, analytics, and AI‑enabled clinical solutions
• Maintain consistent project documentation, status reporting, and risk management
• Adhere to PMO standards, templates, and escalation paths while keeping delivery on track
• Build trust with clinicians, manage resistance to change, and drive stakeholder alignment
• Balance organizational standardization with the practical needs of clinical operations
