Modis Architects LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact architectural projects in Miami, FL, from concept through completion. You will guide design teams, manage client relations, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget in a fast-paced market.

The role requires 7+ years in architectural project management, licensure preferred, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of experience in architectural project management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensure as a Registered Architect (AIA membership a plus) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining relationships and aligning goals with client vision.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Deltek or Procore
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadline pressure
