Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple programs, collaborating across teams to maximize outcomes and stakeholder value. You will guide strategy, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet scope and budget while driving delivery excellence.

You will work with account teams and executives, manage risks, and report on performance, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence large international projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification required.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in engineering considered advantageous.
• Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including project management tools (MSProject, Primavera, etc).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Have the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Work closely with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your assigned accounts.
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.

Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to maximize project outcomes. You will provide input and advise on strategies to achieve strategic objectives while improving Users sentiment. You will work with a range of stakeholders from individual contributors to subject matter experts and executives alike.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent conflict management skills.
• Up to 20% travelling availability required.
