What We Are Looking For

Our PMO team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the organization. This role will focus on planning, executing, and monitoring project management methodologies across a variety of initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Lead project teams in developing detailed project schedules by identifying dependencies, critical paths, task ownership, and resource constraints. Continuously analyze plans and challenge teams to accelerate timelines through optimization and parallel execution.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and manage project risks; develop contingency plans and drive innovative, effective solutions leveraging team expertise.
  • Enable successful motor manufacturing, repair, and remanufacturing operations through effective coordination with customers and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and global/remanufacturing centers.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for project plans, updates, and issues. Provide reports and insights to support decision-making on priorities, resources, and budgets.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering to define project scope and resource plans. Identify resource conflicts and collaborate with Operations to maintain timelines.
  • Build team capability by removing barriers and promoting best practices through coaching, training, and process improvement.
  • Ensure project teams follow established methodologies, SOPs, and documentation standards defined by the PMO.
  • Provide clear project status updates and portfolio visibility to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track, measure, and communicate project performance against defined success criteria. Address gaps and drive alignment with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate across the PMO and Community of Practice to enhance execution processes and improve speed to delivery.
  • Work with Operations to identify and resolve project interdependencies to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and archive project documentation, ensuring proper tracking of performance and lessons learned.
  • Operate within company policies and procedures, while appropriately challenging them when improvement opportunities arise.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You\'ll Need
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of project/process management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience
  • PMP certification highly preferred
