Job summary

MedSurvey is a premier data collection partner in healthcare market research. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive global projects from initiation to delivery and to provide consultative client service throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage timelines and budgets, onboard vendors, and collaborate with account managers to deepen client relationships and strengthen trust across healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare market research.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of delivering outstanding work.
• Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail.
• Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance.
• Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization.
• Early-adopter mindset: helping to develop new tools, experimenting with AI capabilities, and finding better ways to work.
• Financial acumen: comfortable reading project financials, monitoring spend against budget, and making cost-conscious decisions.

About The Role

The Senior Project Manager provides a significant contribution to MedSurvey’s growth and success. The role is instrumental in achieving company goals by providing proactive client service and managing the successful delivery of global healthcare market research projects. You will use your experience to provide consultative support throughout the course of the project lifecycle, manage key project metrics including timelines and budget, and think critically to develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves working closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…
