Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multiple customer-facing automation projects in North America. The role involves overseeing large-scale deployments of warehouse automation and robotics, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, and delivering successful go-lives with strong customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, deep experience in warehouse automation or related fields, and proven ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience in Warehouse Automation, Robotics, Material Handling, Industrial Automation, or Systems Integration.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Proven customer-facing delivery experience including implementation, commissioning, go-live and acceptance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Background in Warehouse Automation, Robotics, Material Handling, Industrial Automation, or Systems Integration
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proven customer-facing delivery experience, including implementation, commissioning, go-live, and customer acceptance
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
