Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and maintain client relationships, manage project opportunities, and oversee project execution in coordination with internal teams and field leadership. This role emphasizes judgment, professionalism, and engagement to drive business growth and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project development from initial concept through completion, including estimating, proposals, and execution.
  • Manage contracts, including sales, procurement, and project delivery.
  • Oversee project execution and coordinate with field leadership to ensure proper sequencing and performance.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets; monitor and control project costs.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including proposals, contracts, and change orders.
  • Oversee billing processes and maintain awareness of project financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Lead client meetings and support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate efforts across departments such as engineering, procurement, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure timely communication and collaboration throughout all phases of the project.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate pre-project planning sessions.
  • Utilize internal resources effectively to meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Mentor team members and support recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
