Job summary

Premier Home Pros, LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from planning through finish. You will manage installation staff, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely, quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with at least five years in remodeling. You’ll drive continuous improvement, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with subcontractors to deliver exceptional home

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide installation support and training.
• Communicate with customers about their project.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
• Perform quality control and post-install audits.
• Review jobs before and after installation with the team.
• Follow up with subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule remodeling projects and service calls.
• Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity.
• Enter and maintain data in CRM.
