Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Budget & Schedule Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain detailed project schedules to meet all milestones.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and change orders while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Problem-Solving & Quality Control:
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor work progress for adherence to specifications, safety, and industry standards.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial construction project management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• Communication & Problem-Solving:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
