What You’ll Do

Relate Search is partnering with a well-established construction organization in search of a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. This role serves as a key leader responsible for driving project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while helping shape project strategy and operational performance. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on complex, high-visibility projects while contributing to the continued growth of a respected construction organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Partner with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and maintain strong working relationships.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and financial targets.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation to optimize project execution.
• Champion safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across all phases of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience within commercial and industrial construction environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and project management best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
