Advatix Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, quality, and relationships with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in CMAR or Design-Build environments, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build delivery methods is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, and overall performance.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and project development activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and other project partners.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Track project costs, change orders, schedules, and budget performance.
• Prepare project reports, updates, schedules, and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout the construction lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
• $110,000 – $140,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
