Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking a senior land development leader in Charlotte to guide site and civil engineering plans across industrial, biotech, institutional, healthcare, and residential sectors.

You will prepare design and permitting documents, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success. The role requires oversight of junior staff and coordination with regulatory agencies to address permitting issues.
