Segra is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The position requires three in-office days and two remote days per week and involves leading project launches and lifecycle activities.

You will coordinate between Segra and customers across all implementation phases, ensuring timely delivery, strong communication, and customer satisfaction while mentoring junior project managers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with PM/ PMP credentials desired and/or equivalent PM experience (4 years).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. This position requires a combination of technical and business skills. The Senior Project Manager will have project management job experience, as well as an understanding of the End-to-End business process and internal systems/tools. They will act as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation. They will also ensure the timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate internally across all associated organizations. The Senior Project Manager will also act as a mentor and assist in training Junior Project Managers.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management/PMP credentials desired and/or equivalent PM experience, 4 years of experience desired.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.

Salary Range:

$86,205 - $105,000
