Segra is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a full-time role in a hybrid environment. The position focuses on launching and managing multiple projects, bridging Segra with customers, and guiding junior PMs.

Strong PM experience in telecommunications, PMP credentials, and MS Office proficiency are preferred. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction while complying with Segra policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with PM credentials desired or equivalent PM experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in telecommunications.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all project phases.
• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and train Junior Project Managers.
• Communicate progress and issues across internal teams.
