You will manage owners and CM teams, protect the company's position, and resolve issues at project level, guiding CPM scheduling, budgets, and progress meetings.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of complex public-agency projects, from award through closeout. This position has full responsibility for project cost, schedule, contract administration, and client relationships, and works directly with executive leadership. The Senior Project Manager is expected to manage demanding owners and construction management teams, protect the company’s contractual position, and resolve issues at the project level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and monthly cost reports; responsible for project financial performance.
• Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules in coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and the owner.
• Administer prime contracts and subcontracts, including RFIs, submittals, notices, change orders, and progress billings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, engineers, and construction managers; lead project and progress meetings.
• Identify, document, price, and negotiate change orders, requests for equitable adjustment, and claims.
• Maintain complete and accurate project records to support the company’s contractual position.
