Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of hyperscale and AI data center projects, overseeing full lifecycle from site development to commissioning. You will guide the project team, drive schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and zero-defect quality across complex electrical infrastructure.

You will coordinate with the Project Executive, Field Leadership and clients, managing risks, changes and turnover to customers while fostering a collaborative, high-performance

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry or large-scale industrial facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged to apply.
  • NFPA70E or OSHA certification encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience with PM software/tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define scope, goals and deliverables; develop plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead electricians, technicians and subcontractors; monitor performance.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage materials, equipment and personnel; handle procurement and vendor relationships.
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Supervise all aspects; ensure safety, quality and timely progress; report status.
  • Change Management: Handle changes efficiently; document and communicate updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement QC procedures; ensure compliance with electrical codes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain plans, reports and records; deliver progress reports.
  • Project Closure: Conduct reviews; ensure deliverables and final invoices are completed.

Job Summary
As a Project Manager (PM) at Loenbro , you will be an essential part of our project team leading the delivery of next generation hyperscale and AI data center campuses supporting cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. This role provides full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover along with successful execution of several projects. You ’ ll work closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers , gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Team Management: Build and lead project teams, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are met. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements. Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Supervise all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations. Regularly communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Handle project changes and scope adjustments efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs. Document andcommunicationchanges to all relevant parties.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and safety. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Project Closure: Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance against project objectives and client expectations. Ensure all project deliverables are completed, and necessary documentation is provided to clients. Prepare and submit final project reports and invoices.
