Job summary

Loenbro LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our project management team, leading the delivery of hyperscale and AI data center campuses. You will gain full lifecycle ownership from site development through commissioning on mission-critical infrastructure.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires 3+ years of electrical construction PM experience, a construction management degree if possible, and familiarity with PM software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven project management experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and PM software; knowledge of Accubid and Bluebeam encouraged.
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM software and electrical industry standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Close support for the senior project management team.
• Develop project management techniques to meet schedule requirements.
• Initiate and track change orders; liaise on scope changes between field and owner.
• Oversee subcontractors and assist with budgets and SOV.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, and material tracking.
• Support project closeout and ensure documentation to the owner.
• Assist the Quality Control team during electrical construction and commissioning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

As anElectricalAssistantProject Manager(APM) atLoenbro, you will be an essential part of our project teamleading the delivery of next generation hyperscale and AI data center campuses supporting cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. This role provides full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover along withsuccessful execution ofseveralprojects. You’ll workclosely with Project Managers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Close support for the senior project management team.

• Develop project management techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.

• Initiate and track change orders using a log. Act as a liaison between the field management team and owner in all scope changes.

• Provide close support and oversite of third-tier subcontractors.

• Assist in creating and enforcing the project budget.

• Assist in creating and submitting theSchedule ofValues (SOV).

• Oversee Project Engineers in the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.

• Oversee the project-closeout process to ensure all documentation is submitted to the owner.

• Close support of the Quality Control team throughoutelectricalconstruction and commissioning.

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Proficiencywithproject management software.

• Knowledge of CAD/BIM software.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
