Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-visibility technology and transformation initiatives from concept to value realization. You will establish structure and multi-million dollar budgets, driving delivery across cross-functional workstreams and enabling executive decisions at all levels.

You must navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and guide teams using Mythos (AI Agent) capabilities in a very large 3-year program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, cross-functional projects in global, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record with concurrent workstreams, big budgets and exec visibility.
• Experience building business cases, funding requests, and financial estimates.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Planner.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analysis, planning, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Execution across multi-workstream initiatives.
• Drive delivery from inception through implementation and closeout.
• Define objectives, roadmaps, and RAID to manage risks and dependencies.
• Track scope, schedules, internal hours, and vendor effort against estimates.
• Transition & measure KPIs against the business case.
• Stakeholder & vendor management with executive visibility.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and steer committees.
• Collaborate with technology, security, legal, finance, and operations.
• Support vendor selection and manage third-party performance and risk.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling for planning, risk analysis, and reporting.

Role Purpose & Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology and transformation initiatives from concept through value realization. Operating in ambiguous environments, you will establish structure, manage multi-million dollar budgets, and drive delivery across multiple cross-functional workstreams. You must be comfortable challenging assumptions, presenting trade-offs, and enabling executive decisions across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Drive Delivery: Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from inception through implementation and closeout.
• Establish Governance: Define project objectives, success criteria, roadmaps, and robust RAID logs to manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage Constraints: Track project scope, schedules, internal hours, and vendor effort against approved estimates to mitigate variances early.
• Transition & Value: Manage operational handoffs and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) against the initial business case.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Executive Communication: Prepare executive-ready presentations and facilitate steering committees to drive senior leadership decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, security, legal, finance, and operations teams to align delivery goals.
• Vendor Governance: Support vendor selection and manage third-party performance, deliverables, and contract risk.
• AI-Enabled Delivery
• Advanced Tooling: Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize project planning, estimation, risk analysis, and automated reporting.
• Responsible AI: Ensure all automated processes align with enterprise data protection and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:

Required

• 10+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects in global, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record managing concurrent workstreams with significant budget and executive visibility.
• Experience developing business cases, funding requests, and financial estimates.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Planner.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analysis, planning, or reporting.

Preferred

• Experience leading cybersecurity, audit, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background working in highly regulated industries.
• Active PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certifications.
