Job summary

Top Shop Stone Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for its luxury residential division in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on guiding the team to deliver flawless countertop and cladding projects, while maintaining client communication and professional integrity.

You will coordinate with designers, builders, and homeowners, translate plans into production, and manage schedules, site visits, and post-sale services to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in stone, surfacing, construction, or related industries.
• Strong relationships within the Atlanta building and design community.
• Excellent problem-solving and quality execution mindset.
• Confidence handling high-end clients and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to flawlessly execute residential countertops and cladding projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our luxury residential division.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a seasoned industry professional who is highly detailed and thoughtful in their approach to countertops and cladding work, exceedingly intelligent and communicative, and who is proactive in their project management approach, finding challenges and solutions before they appear, instead of reacting to them after the fact.

What You’ll Do

• Build upon our relationships with existing clientele by leading our team to execute residential work flawlessly.
• Communicate effectively with designers, builders, homeowners and other stakeholders to define and confirm luxury residential projects that are won by our estimating and business development personnel.
• Represent Top Shop Stone with professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
• Manage company resources effectively to ensure the exact client-expected outcome while maintaining profitability and capacity standards.
• Support clients through the full post-sale lifecycle to include material acquisition, schedule definition, site inspections and meetings, development of shop drawings, translation of approved drawings to production, installation, and punch teams, as well as project closeout and billing.
• Help shape long-term partnerships, not transactional sales.
• Collaborate directly with ownership to maintain stable of long-term clients.

Compensation & Structure

Compensation will be competitive and structured based on experience. Top quality project managers will be offered a six-figure compensation plan to include travel allowance, health insurance, and other bonus opportunities.
