Gallo Mechanical, LLC in Alexandria, Louisiana, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee the entire life cycle of mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project costs, deliverables, and ensure that installations meet code requirements. With over 7 years of relevant experience preferred, you will foster customer relationships and maintain safety protocols.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or significant related experience, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Gallo Mechanical is looking for a Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our high performing team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary point-person responsible for managing the entire life cycle of a project from inception through to closure. The Senior Project Manager shall ensure that the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with the agreed upon budget, schedule, quality, and to exceed the client’s expectations. To achieve these important goals, the Senior Project Manager will define project requirements and scope, manage project costs, manage field labor, and manage subcontractors.
Efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders, and upward reporting to senior management are critical tasks that must be performed throughout each project’s lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will also develop and maintain long term customer relationships to foster better communication and develop future work.
