    • Public works experience is required.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
    • Strong scheduling, planning, and project controls expertise.
    • Experience administering construction contracts and project documentation.
    • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
    • Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and public-sector processes.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
