Job summary

RWE Design Build is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strategic leadership, relationship-building, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and drive planning, procurement, and execution to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, design-build, or general contracting.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, high-value construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.

Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
