American Family Insurance is seeking a high-level planning, project and portfolio leader. You will oversee scope, resources, and schedules across divisions and corporate oversight.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of IT Delivery and supports investment planning, prioritization, and forecasting in a hybrid setting. You will drive governance, reporting of strategic progress, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance and coordination with cross-functional teams.
You will provide high-level planning, project and portfolio leadership within a division or from a corporate oversight perspective. Controls project scope, resources (people and budget) and schedule. In some divisions provides leadership and facilitation for divisional planning or profit and growth planning processes. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Delivery Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $145,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
You will work 10 days per month from the office in this hybrid role. You should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of Madison, WI 53783 #LI-Hybrid
