Job summary

You will develop execution plans, manage daily work, and advance program milestones for DoD programs while balancing schedule, cost, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience (or a Graduate degree with 4+ years) and the ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (6+ years).
• Graduate degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to ensure efficient hardware transition through the factory.
• Develop recovery plans and coordinate corrective actions to protect schedule, cost and quality.
• Enforce safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure proper handling of components and materials with required safeguards.
• Review and maintain work instructions, routers, logs, and calibration requirements.
• Forecasts and roadmap collaboration with Senior Operations Managers.
• Support EVM, risk registers, mitigation plans, and milestones.
