Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking an administrative professional to support the Space Capture Excellence team, including SB&D Talent Development and Training. You will maintain course rosters, track attendance, manage schedules, and perform end-to-end data extraction and reporting to generate actionable insights.

Onsite full-time role requiring strong Excel and MS Office skills, with a willingness to learn Tableau, PowerApps, and WordPress.

Qualifications

• Experience working independently and proactively on assigned tasks.
• Experience in project management and maintaining organized, results-driven administrative processes.
• Experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn Tableau, PowerApps, WordPress and other standard IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead team organizational initiatives – Partner with the team to identify problems and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
• Own end-to-end project management – Manage project plans and tracking milestones to keep the team on schedule.
• Design and maintain monitoring mechanisms – Partner with development team to upkeep dashboards and reporting frameworks that give real-time visibility into project health and drive continuous process improvement.
• Own administrative operations – Coordinate all logistical aspects of training courses, including enrollment lists, invitations, attendance and LMS records.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting – Use Excel pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros and formulas to produce concise status reports for leadership.
• Identify and implement process enhancements – Evaluate workflows and lead adoption of best-practice tools and standards.
