Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• At least 2 Year of People Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver high-priority initiatives.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans and roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery.
• Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment.
• Manage a large set of stakeholders and communicate status, impediments, and risks across all levels.
• Influence and manage stakeholders and intent owners across COF ranging from VP+ to associate.
