Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Project Management Analyst 3 to provide advanced analytical, financial, and procurement support for the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE). You will manage contractual, financial, and operational data, oversee procurement, and coordinate resources and budgets across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; or 4 years with a Masters; or HS diploma with 10 years experience.
• Candidate must have management and supervisory experience.
• Candidate must have experience in logistics and procurement.
• Candidate must have experience working within government supply systems and government property.
• Candidate must have experience utilizing information management systems / electronic enterprise management tools.
• Candidate must have experience in supply/logistics/procurement procedures.
• Candidate must have experience in military or commercial procurement area.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage policies and procedures pertaining to the management of the contracts’ financial data, tools, metrics, and procedures for tracking, analysis, and reporting of financial and contractual information.
• Ensure subcontracting financial data is captured in a timely manner for expeditious reporting. Oversee payment of all direct operational costs for the NITE and ensure vendors are paid timely.
• Provide procurement management to meet applicable plans and directives to support mission needs; oversee all Maximo and Costpoint procurement processes from cradle-to-grave.
• Provide technical direction to obtain Government approval on items above the set limit prior to award and obligation of funding.
• Work with Business Manager, Procurement Manager, and Logistics Manager to develop the NITE budget support per WBS to increase efficiency of resources.
• Oversee coordination of materials required to support range missions to minimize impacts on training.
• Ensure economy of operation by improving work methods and procedures; use IEMS (Maximo) to manage activities and resources.
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Contract and Government personnel.
• Ensure employees conduct themselves professionally and adhere to regulations.
