ANSER in Maryland is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support NAWCAD at Webster Outlying Field. You will lead full life cycle project management—from initiation to delivery—interfacing with Government Project Leads and IPTs to ensure requirements are met and milestones achieved.

This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience), and extensive experience in managing complex C5ISR-related projects. On-site work in St.

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division. The SCMS Division operates as the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI®) and provides in-service engineering, maintenance, repair, and rebuild of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. In this role, you will perform full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects. You will interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government clients to coordinate and complete project processes from requirements through delivery. You will also support Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities, project status meetings, reporting, complex problem-solving, and requirements management throughout the project life cycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
• Interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government clients to coordinate and complete project processes from requirements through delivery.
• Support Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and project coordination requirements.
• Coordinate project status meetings and support communication among project stakeholders.
• Produce detailed reports for use by project teams and management.
• Tailor standard project management tools to best support specific project reporting requirements.
• Perform continuous examination of assigned projects and apply complex problem-solving to address project requirements and challenges.
• Rebalance project requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
• Support project activities and requirements from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate project information and activities among Government stakeholders and project team members.
• Monitor project execution and support the completion of project requirements.

This position required work onsite in St. Inigoes, MD. Only candidates within a reasonable commutable distance (50 miles) will be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Master’s degree in any discipline plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree plus 4 additional years of experience related to the position’s duties may substitute for a master’s degree.
• Extensive experience supporting full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
• Experience interfacing with Government Project Leads (GPLs), Government clients, and project stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating and completing project processes from requirements through delivery.
• Experience supporting Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and coordinating project status meetings.
• Experience producing detailed project reports for project teams and management.
• Experience using and tailoring project management tools to support project-specific reporting requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to continuously examine project activities and requirements.
• Ability to manage and rebalance project requirements throughout the project life cycle.

Full-Time Salary Range For This Position

$107,000—$155,000 USD
