Qualifications

• 9+ years leading complex projects with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
• Expertise with Catalyst or PMP project management methodologies
• Strong budgeting, cost control and project management software knowledge
• Ability to translate program objectives into clear scope and milestones
• Leadership to mentor junior colleagues and guide teams
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action across networks

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping projects moving and helping clients deliver better health outcomes
• Lead one or more large project management teams and oversee staffing
• Spearhead planning, tracking and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with client and project leadership, report metrics and propose changes
• Create schedules, define programs, budgets and objectives across phases
• Escalate risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Support growth through detailed SOWs and new proposal efforts
