Job summary

Southland Industries is looking for an experienced individual to join our team in Temple, Texas. This position involves supporting project work as a lead technical resource and managing various project components, including timelines and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, possess at least 3 years of experience, and have in-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. We offer comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) match and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans.

Responsibilities

• Support project team on various projects as a lead technical resource.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders regarding project issues.
• Manage and track change orders accurately.
• Procure equipment and materials as required.

Skills

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Strong communication skills

Computer skills (CADD, Microsoft Office)

Education
