Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in a full-time role based in Boston, MA (with travel to Syracuse, NY).

Lead multiple energy and infrastructure projects, drive safe, on-time, on-budget execution, and manage teams and client relationships to deliver value across North America. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in pipeline/energy/heavy civil construction, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with B2W scheduling software a plus.

• Lead multiple projects to ensure profitable and timely completion.
• Manage teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.
