Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Leader to plan and deliver cross-functional projects using established PM processes. You will coordinate teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting to support business outcomes.

This role is located at 103 International Drive, Peachtree City, GA, with best-in-class benefits and a strong culture. Lead projects from initiation to closure, engage sponsors, and drive governance across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Five years of professional experience with at least three years in project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall, stage-gate, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Understanding of project budgets, forecasts, costs, and business-case assumptions.
• Experience in product development, operations, IT, or business improvement projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Clarify project objectives, scope, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and success measures with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables across participating functions.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign actions, and follow up on commitments.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and performance expectations.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare accurate status reports for sponsors, stakeholders, and PMO leadership.
