Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a multi‑plant, non‑union manufacturing environment from its Peachtree City, Georgia campus. The role is on‑site four days per week and reports to the Accounting Manager, who reports to the Corporate Controller.

You will lead month-end close, general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and systems data management across US operations. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and strong US GAAP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with corporate/private equity background.
• Strong command of US GAAP and standards.
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit cycles.
• Technical accounting depth.
• Cost and inventory accounting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities with deadlines and proper support.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and maintain GL integrity.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and group reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain and update financial reports across systems (Syteline/CSI, Oracle FCCS).
• Support internal controls and SOX/JSOX compliance and audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial analysis for operations and projects.
