Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Rahway, NJ seeks an experienced IT/Business Systems professional to lead ASM systems, data governance, and process improvements. You will partner across IT and system owners to implement enhancements, drive UAT, and ensure data integrity in a regulated environment.

You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions, oversee master data governance, and mentor teams on change management and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: IT, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related).
• 3+ years supporting IT/business systems, clinical trial operations, supply chain operations, or project management.
• Experience with complex business systems, data management, integrations, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and operational planning.
• Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements/system solutions.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ASM business systems, integrations, and related technologies.
• Serve as ASM SME for system functionality, configurations, master data, and requirements.
• Identify and drive resolution of system, process, and data issues; support systems and optimize processes.
• Partner with IT and system owners on enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements, test strategies/scripts, and perform UAT.
• Lead data quality, governance, integrity, and compliance initiatives.
• Create/maintain tools, reports, dashboards, metrics, and departmental KPIs.
• Manage ASM master data and data governance activities.
• Maintain and improve system/process documentation, training, and SOPs.
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Support strategic planning, cross-functional ASM projects, analytics-driven optimization, and compliance/audit readiness.
• Provide guidance/training and systems support to stakeholders; act as point of contact for ASM systems strategy and digital transformation.
