Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or Engineering with 10+ years in Engineering, Automation, or IT.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing facility and portfolio/project management.
• Experience with cGMP computerized systems procurement, design, installation, and support.
• Strong GxP Change Management knowledge.
• Data integrity focus in bioprocessing equipment and GxP software.
• Knowledge of SDLC for global computerized assets.
• Advanced portfolio/program/project management experience.
• Experience creating schedules, dashboards, and reports with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical/problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for cGMP technology implementations to deliver strategic value.
• Ensure required technical resources; optimize deliverables using iterative processes.
• Lead teams and manage stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
• Apply SDLC to achieve project outcomes.
• Develop automated dashboards to report project performance using KPI assessment.
• Identify, mitigate and manage risks; allocate resources and monitor KPIs.
• Use data analytics and supportive AI to forecast business impact and streamline decisions.
