Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Jersey is seeking an experienced IT program manager to drive the Digital Transformation Program and its use cases across Global Development. You will develop frameworks for requirements, manage budgets, and guide hybrid delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong stakeholder influence, and proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (BS/BA).
7+ years of relevant work experience in IT project delivery.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical Global Development capabilities, processes, and trends.
Experience in Clinical Development IT functions such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory, or Clinical Operations.
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
Self-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity and provide direction.
Proficiency in basic to intermediate AI tools and building AI agents.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with GD IT Leadership to support the Digital Transformation Program.
Support delivery of a use case to improve efficiency and ways of working.
Develop frameworks to gather measurable requirements for projects.
Build flexible processes for waterfall and agile delivery methods.
Collect IT operational metrics and analyze for improvements.
Introduce new insights and technologies for GD IT.
Coordinate with Delivery, Operations and Data Enablement leads to ensure successful delivery.
Provide direction on projects to manage timelines, budget, and value realization.
Work with enterprise functions to manage standards and governance.
