Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of complex projects within the Consolidated Collections Unit (CCU). You will develop and maintain project and test plans, coordinate analysis and design activities, support technical testing, and ensure deliverables align with timelines from initial request through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and seven years related work experience.
• Ability to lead teams and projects, manage timeframes, dependencies and critical paths.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with contracted or outside organizations in a contracting environment.
• Proficiency in automation design and business process and requirements analyses.
• MAS and accounting knowledge preferred by Arizona courts.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex projects within the Consolidated Collections Unit (CCU).
• Develop and maintain project and test plans; coordinate analysis and design activities.
• Support technical testing; monitor progress against timelines; prepare documentation from request to implementation.
• Analyze business needs and oversee business and scope documents and requirements; ensure technical, legal and project requirements are met.
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations; create reporting documentation; align projects with organizational goals.
