Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead complex construction and building systems projects in Lenexa, Kansas. The role oversees from design through bidding, construction, and installation, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget alignment with client goals.

The Sr PM works with clients, contractors, and internal teams, driving project success, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction while supporting business development and growth of Henderson Building Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction and building systems.
• OSHA certifications required.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Technical expertise in mechanical and/or electrical.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Project).
• Ability to work collaboratively and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Knowledge of codes and standards for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall management of construction projects.
• Plans and sets project objectives, goals, and deadlines.
• Selects construction methods and strategies.
• Schedules and coordinates processes to meet design specs.
• Reports on status and budget to clients.
