Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience on large-scale EPC or similar projects is desirable, preferably in North America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and services for the Bechtel team on the project.
• Define IT infrastructure, network and communications requirements for site offices.
• Develop complex IT reports, dashboards and automate workflows.
• Coordinate IT plans with project team, contractors and client; establish divisions of responsibility.
