Bechtel is seeking a Planning Manager to lead a team of planners and work with the project team to prepare schedule data for contract negotiations and execution. You will be accountable for schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, and monitoring, interfacing with senior internal and customer stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management or related field and 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years in the field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and forecast the project schedule.
• Communicate schedule progress to senior management and clients.
• Lead a team of planners and interface with stakeholders.
• Manage WBS, durations, logic, and expenditure for schedules.
