Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Integration Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). This role leads a team of Project Integrators, coordinates IPT activities with Government customers, and guides integration for range modernization.

A STEM background and 5+ years in project management with supervisory experience are required. Desirable qualifications include a master’s in a STEM/management field, familiarity with MBSE tools like Cameo, and experience with Government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant STEM or management field desirable.
• 5+ years in project management/integration with lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Government contracts desirable.
• DoD security clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Integrators facilitating system integration.
• Lead IPT activities ensuring clear communication between Government customers, internal teams, and TPDs.
• Oversee integration efforts to meet Range modernization timelines and processes.
• Develop and assist in acquisition documentation (SOO, SOW, PWS) and RFP development.
• Apply risk management to identify and mitigate schedule and deliverable risks.
