Job summary

ON.energy in Miami, FL is seeking a finance leader to drive capital raises for AI UPS assets, structuring project financings, and partnerships.

You will work with the CIO, Legal, and advisors, negotiate agreements, and monetize tax credits; travel ~25% across TX, NY, and other markets.

Candidates should have 4–7 years in infrastructure financing with strong modeling; MBA/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in infrastructure, energy, or data center financing.
• Hands-on execution of closed transactions and capital raises.
• Expert financial modeling, including project finance and levered returns.
• Familiarity with energy tax credits and tax equity structures.

Responsibilities

• Support CIO on capital raise activity including investor materials and diligence.
• Structure and execute project-level financings for AI UPS assets (ERCOT and U.S. markets).
• Design and finance AI UPS-as-a-Service contracts and off-balance-sheet structures.
• Monetize tax credits and work with tax equity teams and outside advisors.
• Own financial models for lenders, returns, and as-a-service pricing.
• Negotiate term sheets and credit agreements with CIO, Legal, and counsel.
• Build relationships with banks, funds, tax credit buyers, and hyperscalers.
