The role requires NY Bar admission, 6+ years of experience in project finance and cross-border deals, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Experience managing cross-border project and corporate financings.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage deal teams across practice areas and geographic locations for energy and infrastructure project financings.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate financing and project documents.
• Advise lenders, sponsors, and investors on financings for energy and infrastructure assets.
• Mentor and train junior team members and oversee workflows.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with opposing counsel.
