or equivalent and have at least six years of experience in project finance, debt and equity structures, due diligence, and client counseling, with strong research, drafting, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in project and corporate financings involving cross-border regulatory, credit, and security issues.
• Experience managing transaction-related research and drafting for banks and development finance institutions.
• Coordination of deal timelines and deliverables across multiple practice areas and offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal teams and processes across practice areas and locations for energy and infrastructure financings.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate financing and project documents (financing agreements, pledges, security agreements, LC reimbursement, sponsor guarantees, tax equity and more).
• Advise lenders, sponsors, and equity investors on financings and restructurings of energy assets.
• Conduct due diligence and draft memoranda; be primary client contact and coordinate with opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to client development.
