Page Executive in New York City is seeking a senior lawyer to lead legal review and risk assessment of debt investment transactions, with a focus on broadly syndicated loans. The role requires a JD from a top US law school, 7-15+ years of debt finance experience, NY Bar admission, and the ability to work onsite 3+ days per week in NYC.
Qualifications
- JD from a top US law school.
- 7–15+ years of debt finance/infrastructure finance experience at a top law firm or combined law firm and in-house.
- NY State Bar admission.
- Subject matter expertise in debt finance structures for infrastructure assets (direct lending, term loan B/A, private placements, PPPs, revolvers, ABLs, Holdco, mezzanine, club deals, broadly syndicated loans).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work onsite 3+ days per week in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal review and risk assessment of debt investment transactions, focusing on broadly syndicated loans.
- Provide debt financing support for infrastructure and equity investments.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal considerations across the investment lifecycle.
- Contribute to strategic legal initiatives and internal committee materials.
- Support the Legal Department's priorities and governance projects.
