Job summary

Caruso Homes, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Analyst to support financial planning and performance of the company’s projects. The role monitors cash needs, analyzes financial results, and maintains project-level reporting and proformas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
Strong Excel skills.
At least three years of financial analysis/forecasting experience on projects.
Experience with SQL and Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor project cash balances and forecast cash needs to support liquidity.
Prepare reports on cash positions, forecasts, variances, and funding requirements.
Prepare and analyze project gross margin reports and validate cost-to-complete information.
Maintain project proforma files and ensure they function correctly.
Review proformas for completeness and consistency; flag questions with relevant teams.
Prepare bank and investor packages for land takedowns and financing needs.
Identify cash flows and commitments across departments; support financial decision making.
Assist with annual audit requests related to debt and equity financing.
