Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale multifamily electrical construction programs. You will drive strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure project excellence from preconstruction through completion.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of electrical construction leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and risk across multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction with multifamily leadership.
• Experience as Project Executive or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Lead and develop project managers, engineers, and field teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Build relationships with developers, GCs, owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Review contracts, manage risk, provide strategic guidance.
• Coordinate staffing, procurement, and operational support across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support growth and strategy.
