Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Multifamily Electrical Construction) in Las Vegas, NV to lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while mentoring project teams and coordinating with field leadership.

The role requires 7–10+ years of electrical project management with large multifamily experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.

• Coordinate with field leadership for safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, materials, and documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules.
• Develop relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports, job cost projections, billings, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.


• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.


• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.


• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.


• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.


• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.


• Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.


• Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.


• Previous experience managing large multifamily electrical construction projects.


• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.


• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project management staff.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.


• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Garden-style, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, student housing, or luxury multifamily developments.


• Experience managing projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range.


• Familiarity with BIM coordination, prefabrication, and modern construction technologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
