Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Project Executive to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, with accountability for safety, quality, and profitability. You will oversee Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators, establish priorities, and lead business development initiatives from proposal to interview.

You will manage staff, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and drive success across multiple projects while maintaining client relationships and ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 15+ years of lead management experience for a CM at Risk firm or construction manager.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of schedule software.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead the work acquisition process including profitability plans and interview preparation.
• Identify RFP pursuit strategy to inform project approach, staffing, estimate, risks, schedule, and logistics.
• Assign qualified staff to manage project scope and complexities.
• Oversee all project phases from preconstruction to close-out.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Maintain client contact to encourage communication and gauge team performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and coach staff; perform evaluations every 6 months.
• Ensure staff compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in sourcing and interviewing potential new hire candidates.
