We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to serve as owners’ representatives on complex construction project settings within the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology market sectors.

Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in managing complex life science capital projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Proven track record managing large-scale life science projects (>$20M) including new construction and upgrades.
Experience with cGMP facility design, build, qualification, and maintenance.
Experience in design, construction, commissioning, and operation of pharma/biotech facilities in regulated environments.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements: FDA, GEP, cGMP, GDP, CFR related to cGMP.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct complex construction projects from conception to completion.
Lead project planning, budgeting, and negotiation to ensure alignment with client goals.
Coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, and regulators to execute execution strategies and safety plans.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost tracking, and reports for senior leadership.
Identify risks, propose interventions, and drive improvements across projects.
